[Bug]: Hetzner plans are not correct (Hetzner has new plans) #991

Describe the Bug *
It seems that Vito is still listing deprecated Hetzner Cloud plans instead of the currently available ones.
For example:
- CPX21 is shown, but this plan has been deprecated
- The current replacement plan CPX22 (and newer) is not available in Vito
This makes it impossible to select or deploy instances using Hetzner’s latest Cloud offerings.
Expected behavior
- Vito should list the current Hetzner Cloud plans (e.g. CPX22, etc.)
- Deprecated plans should either be removed or clearly marked as unavailable
Actual behavior
- Only deprecated Hetzner plans are shown
- New plans are missing

Could you please update the Hetzner plan list to reflect the current, supported plans?

Try to create an Hetzner server and select a Hetzner plan
Expected Behavior *
