Include file attachments in blob report #9644

Follow-up to #9641
Currently, blob reporter outputs single json file under .vitest-report/blob but file attachments data are saved separately in .vitest-attachments folder. This requires shard runs + merge report pipeline to collect not only .vitest-report but also .vitest-attachments.
Suggested solution
Change blob file format to zip and combine both test reporter data and attachments in a single file.
Alternative
We could have .vitest-report/.vitest-attachments as attachmentsDir and that would equally simplify sharded CI workflow.
