Update `table/table` -> `tables/table` in SpatialData notebook

The Zip file we download in https://github.com/vitessce/vitessce-python/blob/main/docs/notebooks/spatial_data.ipynb has been updated to use the path tables/table (plural tables) internally, so we need to update the SpatialDataWrapper parameter part of the config
