[Bug] TerrainExtension autohighlighting doesn't work when draping

Description

When hovering over a feature drawn using the TerrainExtension with terrainDrawMode set to 'drape', autohighlighting doesn't work

Steps to Reproduce

https://codepen.io/vis-gl/pen/VwGLLeR hover over the ski runs and note the lack of a popup. The popup appears only when hovering over the points. When the TerrainExtension is disabled on the GeoJsonLayer autohighlighting works fine

I also encountered this issue. Seems like every interactivity options doesn't work with drape.

I also noticed this issue; for lines and polygons, the onHover effects do not trigger when the TerrainExtension is activated.
