When the ttrack-vis overflows it's not scrollable #56
Description
I noticed that when the trrack vis gets very large it will overflow the svg (which seems to work fine), but the div the svg is inside of is not scrollable. It could be some strange behavior from vue and vuetify, but I'd imagine that this happens in other scenarios.
