Fix un-initialized variable that caused random reg key restore

Add popup message if no text has been copied

Avoid to open browser if there isn't a selection

Before copying the text the Clipboard is erased to ensure that if there is no selection the browser is not launched. Added also the correct version info from the resource in the About message box.
