Update page to use Hochschule Osnabrück branding

This PR updates the Virtual Machine Selector page to use Hochschule Osnabrück (University of Applied Sciences Osnabrück) branding instead of the previous generic styling.

Changes

Logo

• Updated the header logo to use the official Hochschule Osnabrück logo from their website
• Added proper alt text for accessibility

Brand Colors

Applied Hochschule Osnabrück's primary brand color (#E2001A - red) throughout the interface:

• Header title now uses brand red color
• Added a 3px red border below the header for visual separation
• Buttons styled with brand red background and white text
• Footer links updated to use brand color
• Hover effects added for better interactivity

Impressum Link

• Updated the Impressum link to point to hs-osnabrueck.de instead of uni-osnabrueck.de

Dark Mode

• Maintained brand color consistency in dark mode
• Adjusted colors for optimal visibility in dark theme
