Regarding the question about subscription / payments: I wanted to list questions about things which are often not published by the company, but asking about customer payment sounds like the interviewee did no research on their own.
Are there common cases where the answer may not be clear from the company website? (and not for good reasons like charges relying on private contracts/negotiations)
