This PR creates a proper dashboard instead of just some values on the screen.

Dashboard consists of 3 parts:

  1. Header with Title ( Top 10% of screen height)
  2. Summary panel (Another 25% of screen height)
  3. Positions panel (Remaining 65%)

Features:

  1. Partial update of each parameter in the summary panel.
  2. Independent update of each parameter.
  3. Full update of open positions panel.
