#305 定期检查saturn-executor.log，如果超过阈值会truncate

solution description:

  • 重命名saturn-executor.log为saturn-nohup.out
  • saturn-nohup.out超过500MB会被truncate（size可以通过环境变量设置）
  • 新增saturn-start.log记录executor启停日志
