If you do not know what to use, use the 32bit installer (use the signed one, if available).

Signed releases will occasionally be provided on a best effort approach.

Changes:

• 8.2.3486: illegal memory access with invalid sequence of commands
• 8.2.3485: Python 3 test fails with Python 3.10
• 8.2.3484: crash when going through spell suggestions
• 8.2.3483: #ifdef for using sysinfo() is incomplete
