- Provide go.mod and go.sum - Utilize Travis to build with and without modules

Test directories that are created for testing are removed after successful tests. Otherwise they clutter the tmp dir after executing lots of tests.
Remove erroneous call to `RemoveAllReposPath`
Because lock.json should always be consistent after any command executed, not only `volt get`.
Sort entries in lockJSON (in lockjson.go)
