Right and left scrollview not working

in my app i used scrollview like inshort app. my scroll size is (view.frame.size.width3, view.height). i add inshortview xposition is view.width2. when i moving x=0 to x=view.width*2 scroll working. after added inshortview i cannot able to scroll right or left. here i used swift language.
