Using Vite 6

I try to bump vite to vite@latest and found this issue

Can you publish a minimal reproduction?

Unfortunately, I try to create minimal repo, the errors not occurs. I don't have any idea to reproduce the error on my production code. Does vike have debug mode ?

But can the folder structures like below image cause any problem ? I have Page folder with index folder that have many subfolder

I have found the issue. In my app, I have to maintain 2 version of landing page based on logged user (internal user / vendor user). I need to have +config.ts in Page root, Page/index folder and Page/vendor folder. How I solve this problem ?

I don't understand the issue and it isn't clear whether it's related to Vike. Minimal reproduction welcome, I'll re-open then.

Step to reproduce

1. Clone this repo
2. bun install
3. bun dev
4. open http://localhost:3000
5. this case is intermitten, so please be patient
6. if no errors occurs, please keep localhost:3000 open in browser and
   go to terminal, and stop the server and run bun dev again

Hopefully you can find the error

Can you reproduce without the following?

• Bun
• Hono
• vike-node

I suspect one of the three to be the culprit.

Bun is not the culprit. And if I disabled vike-node plugin in vite.config.ts, the HMR error is gone

The issue seems to lie with vike-node, as it is responsible for managing HMR.

Confirmed! I have included the express instance and run bun dev

the culprit is vike-node
