This is a medium release of Mirrorbits, adding GeographicalSort, rsync
over TLS, improvements on list, maps, scan logs and many small changes
and fixes

Mirrorbits v0.6.1

This is a minor release of Mirrorbits, fixing regressions and issues
that arose during the battle-testing and production of the major v0.6 version.

Notably a regression when the Redis DB was not ready and some malformed
redirections in case of fallback. + Tests :)

Mirrorbits v0.6

After 6 years, 4 months and 10 days, we have a new major release of mirrorbits!

- New commands (logs, geoupdate);
- New Options (AllowHTTPToHTTPSRedirects,SameDownloadInterval, FixTimezoneOffsets, AllowOutdatedFiles);
- New features notably HTTP+HTTPS support, RFC-7232;
- New enhancements on the check, on the service, on the redirects, on logs;
- Bugfixes and more tests;
- Go Modules!

Our major hero of this release is Arnaud Rebillout, who did the vast majority
of the commits for this release.

After more than a year of development, Mirrorbits version 0.3 is here!

Changes:

- Request a scan using a specific protocol (rsync or ftp)
- Print basic download stats (mirrorbits stats <identifier>)

core:
- Improve parse errors in the configuration
- Don't log if logdir in unset
- Fix a minor corner case when the client and server are in the exact same
  location.

This version fixes a possible division by zero during mirror selection.

It is strongly advised to upgrade.
