PR Description:
Adds a new GitHub Actions workflow that triggers an SDK update in the agent-toolkit repository when a pull request is merged into main. The workflow uses a repository_dispatch event with the type sdk-pr-merged and includes the PR number in the payload, ensuring the SDK Update Context Action is executed automatically.
