Feature: Alarm based on custom timezone #503

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It would be really helpful if every time we set an alarm there was an option to set a custom timezone for this setup. For example, I live in Indonesia UTC+7, but I want to set an alarm at 9:30 am New York time UTC-5.
