Detaching view to another monitor can lead to wrong zoom level used for new shell

Two-monitor setup: Left 200% (primary), right 100% (secondary)

Put the IDE on secondary monitor, detach a view and drag it to the primary monitor. The new shell will inherit and stay on the wrong zoom (100%)

Yes, definitely possible, but I am not able to have a consistent way to reproduce #230
