Minor UI issues

Here is a list of UI issues to fix:

• In the "Today" pane, live games have a different color (this is good). However, this "live game" color has precedence on the "selected" color when navigating with the arrows keys. When need to change this priority so that the current selection is visible even for live games.
• Auto-refresh on a game page does not seem to work. The page should refresh automatically every 30 seconds. It would be great to add a countdown until new refresh in the status bar.
• The "Today" pane should also get auto-refresh so that we can use that page to follow score updates to the live games, or see when a game becomes live.
