I have an IoT edge device which is a Raspberry Pi 3 connected to the Azure IoT Hub. I was able to follow your instructions for creating an IoT module on the device for collecting the logs and it deployed. However, now it is not in the list of deployed modules, and I have to recreate again.
Why does the Log IoTEdge module disappear? Do I have to keep re-creating again? It seems I do see it come back again, after I redeploy and restart the IoTEdge device.

Thanks.

Has anyone experienced this? I have deployed the log module as per the article, but now I don't see it in the list of modules on my iotedge device (Raspberry Pi 3).

@veyalla Would you know why the logspout module disappears from the IoT edge device list of modules from the Azure IoT hub?

Thanks for any help.

@veyalla I've deployed your log module as per your article, but for some reason when I restart the iotedge, the module goes away, I don't see it in the Azure IoT Hub and I have to recreate the module again. Do I have to keep doing that to have the log module running?

You mean it no longer shows up in the deployment after restarting Edge or is the module just not running?

@veylla not in the deployment and not on the Raspberry Pi, it's like it disappeared.
