Some settings don't work while jailbroken

Certain settings like the battery percentage toggle, disabling the safari tab bar, and hiding the silent mode icon in the status bar, don't work when jailbroken. All of the settings work fine after a reboot. I'm on an iPhone 15 Pro Max on iOS 17.0.
