Add link to this repository in probe_screen_v2

There are a few few websites/documents that point to https://github.com/verser-git/probe_screen resp. to https://github.com/verser-git/probe_screen_v2/
It would be good to add there links to the current version as one could get the impression that there is no version running with the current LinuxCNC.
