- Using `requires` and `concept` instead.
- Working on `base` as well.
- Many improvements and clean up were made.
- And others simplifications.
- Avoiding copies in special cases of `apply`, `to_vector` and `as_vector`.
- Now it supports missing values too.
- Added some string utilities.
- Also, YCM+clangd does not need a custom config anymore.
- Also updated README to match current status. - Other small fixes.
