Discussions are not available

In the contributing section of this template on vercel, there is a link to the discussions that is returning 404.

We need to either enable discussions in this repo or remove the link if the discussions are disabled intentionally.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to platforms-starter-kit template on vercel
2. Scroll to the contributing section
3. Click on the link Start a discussion with a question, piece of feedback, or idea you want to share with the team.
