Migrated static block super table fields don't get a Max Entries settings

Describe the bug

During the update to Craft 5, Super Table fields become identical to Matrix fields and lose all their existing settings. During that migration, the static block option disappears. Those fields were essentially limited to one block. It would make sense to migrate that field setting to a Max Entries setting of 1. At the moment, this doesn't happen, so now it's possible to create multiple entries in a field that previously only supported one super table block.

Would it be possible to automatically migrate a field set to display as a static block to have a Max Entries setting of 1?

Steps to reproduce

1. Update a site with a Super Table field using the static block option to Craft 5.
