Describe the bug or feature

If the Redirects Plugin is installed and enabled and I want to create a new Site with a additional language, the jobs for propagating global sets and assets fail.

If I disable the plugin, everything works perfectly.

Reproduce (if bug)

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Settings -> Sites'
2. Click on 'New site'
3. Create a new site with a new language
4. -> Save
5. Then the the errors above appear

Expected behavior

The elements should propagate as normal.
