fix(admin-ui) Adding missing and revising portuguese and brazilian portuguese translations

Description

• Missing translations for pt_PT have been added.
• Some translations for pt_PT and pt_BR have been revised, mainly regarding collections, which were sometimes called categories and others collections. Shopify, for example uses "Coleções" as a translation and not "Categorias".
