Expose aliases or change return type.

The public method `FreeRtosUtils::get_tick_count` is returning the type (alias) `FreeRtosTickType`, which is no longer public. We should make the alias available, just for consistency, or at least change the return type of the method by the actual type (`u32` in that case)
