Syntax Highlighting in VI Editor

After cloning rust source locate rust/src/etc/vim directory

• copy all of the content of this directory to ~/.vim
• create ~/.vimrc file with following lines

syntax on

filetype plugin indent on

---

now if you open any .rs file in vi, it should show you syntax highlighting.
