Allow filter by tag on memory list view in the UI #352

Use Case
It would be convenient to be able to list the memories matching a given tag from the memory list view. I can put tags on the recall view but then I have to query. I'd like to be able to inspect the list of memories I have for a given tag.
Problem Statement
Currently I can't see the list of memories for a tag.
How This Feature Would Help
With this feature, I would be able to see the list of memories for a tag.
