Specify (or auto-detect) OneNote version #10
Description
Current code has a way to specify the OneNote version for onmanager.OnProcess, but not for onepay.OneNote. I have OneNote version 14 (Office 10,) so the tests fail for me. The attached patch lets me specify the version in onepay.OneNote. It also shows how the test_onepy.py can be forced to use version 14 (you probably don't want to keep that part.) I might see if I can find a way to autodetect the OneNote version - I'll share if I find a solution.
