Support for python>3.10

Hi,

as Python 3.10 reaches its end of life in a couple of months, I was wondering if there are plans to support more recent Python versions? I have made great experiences with Mesmer so far, however the restriction to 3.10 has lead to quite some dependency issues for me in the past, so it would be great if this could be relaxed.
