Updated underlying moalmanac db to the 2024-12-05 release.

Revisions:

Added knockdown back to feature_types within config.ini.

Pre-pull request check list,

Relevant documentation has been updated
All unit tests pass
All outputs pre- and post- changes match by md5 hash
All files changed have been reviewed
Docker pushed

All regression tests passed, except for the cell line comparisons because a new gene was added in this database release.
