This pull request updated the underlying Molecular Oncology Almanac database to the 2024-10-03 release.

Revisions:

  • datasources/moalmanac/molecular-oncology-almanac.json was updated to the 2024-10-03 release. The database key within the versions section of moalmanac/config.ini was increased from v.2024-04-11 to v.2024-10-03.
  • docs/template-pull-request.md was renamed to docs/pull_request_template.md per GitHub's recommendations.

Pre-pull request check list,

  • Relevant documentation has been updated
  • All unit tests pass
  • All outputs pre- and post- changes match by md5 hash
  • All files changed have been reviewed

All outputs match, except for example.matchmaker.txt, which we do not expect to match given that the underlying database updated.

All unit tests pass, no documentation needs to be updated, and all files changed have been reviewed.
