Relax Angular2 peer dependancies #321

Merged

This commit changes Angular2 peer dependancies to use a caret instead of
tilde.

This ensures as the Angular2 team releases new minor versions
rapidly this package will not throw an exception for UNMET PEER
DEPENDANCY

Other packages by valor-software such as ng2-bootstrap already use the caret for specifying Angular2 Peer Dependencies and this package should be updated to match.

Hello, is this done? because I've downloaded from npm and I'm getting UNMEET PEER, because I'm using version 2.2.3, and in your package.json you are using 2.0.0

@agusdutra The project maintainers haven't been updating this repository. It was last updated two months ago. If I could merge this I would. Sorry this caused compatibility issues with your project.
