Description
PR #44 adds a build.yml file to enable CI support for testing all changes in PRs and pushes. See a168557.
This issue is a request for review of that change by anyone having domain expertise/experience with GitHub actions — in particular, with running Maven under GitHub Actions, and with running GitHub Actions with multiple JDKs and OSes.
