Describe the feature

Hi. We are maintaining an extensive HELM chart, and I'd like to us vale to quality check our inline documentation. Please add support for Helm charts. I think it boils down to applying rules to different kinds of comments in YAML files.

    For Chart.yaml and values.yaml this is a tree-sitter View with one query, which lints the comments and leaves the values alone:

    # <StylesPath>/config/views/Comments.yml
engine: tree-sitter
scopes:
  - expr: (comment)+ @comment

# .vale.ini
[*.{yml,yaml}]
BasedOnStyles = MyStyle
View = Comments

    That was documented but didn't work: a YAML file went to the data engine whatever the View said. Fixed in the next release, with a docs section on this setup.
