Removed DATA_DIR and NIFTI_DIR for Q_REQUEST_DIR, to watch for incoming NIFTI files to process. Added removal of processed file after done processing. Changed threads and iterations to be fetched from os environment. Changed series number and series description logic to match FIRMM's naming of the NIFTI file. Changed task name check to check if in lower case series description. Added defaulting to task name of objname. Changed post data structure to match FIRMM.
Made errors port by sending a -1 to each metric. Issue: FIR-1215
