Note for support removed for vcf-nav and vcf-nav-item in upgrading guide

Some customers use the old vaadin 23 starter projects AppNav and AppNavItem which relied on vcf-nav and vcf-nav-item for side navigation. But vcf-nav and vcf-nav-item are no longer supported in vaadin 24 and customers get error when upgrading. This note provides a guide that the new SideNav and SideNavItem has to be used instead.
