Create a Spring + Vaadin + REST example

The amount of questions regarding:

• "Vaadin returns the index.html instead of my rest-endpoint" (ignore-url feature)
• "My Rest endpoint (POST) doesn't return values" (CSRF disable for rest endpoint)
• "How do I integrate a Rest Endpoint in Vaadin Spring Security integration" (e.g. a second Security Config)

in Discord and Stackoverflow are enormous.

Create a simple and complete guide / information page with all the information in one place.

Alternative/Nice to have: add a "View" RestService to the start.vaadin.com application.

This is fixed in vaadin/flow#21686 or actually maybe already earlier for REST endpoints. Swagger UI and similar are fixed in the mentioned PR
