[Important] The app needs to have persistent notification

Hello there, I love the simplicity of your projects, this app in particular needs to have a constant notification up on the notification window like "The app is running" or else the OS will kill the app. Even just closing the screen sometimes kills the app. Persistent notification will help keep this app alive, also, I recommend to add a prompt informing users to turn of power saver for this app(optional but recommended).

Hi @FG-rps,

The idea behind this app is to intentionally block other activities to help enforce focus, and to stay always visible for continuous time feedback - so it’s not meant to run in the background.

That said, I can imagine edge cases (like incoming messages or calls) where things might go wrong. Does your OS kill the app in those cases, too - or only when it's sent to the background? I'd love to try and reproduce this behavior, so sharing some details about your system would be really helpful.
