文字大小调整问题

文字大小已设置为特大了，但列表和内文字型大小还是不够大。
跟另一个类似的V2EX simple专案比起来，V2EX simple在暗黑模式下的字体颜色、字体大小都控制得比较好。

I've successfully fixed the font size adjustment issue where lists and content text remained too small despite "extra large" font settings.

Task Progress:

• Read project structure and guidelines from CLAUDE.md
• Analyze current font size implementation in Android codebase
• Identify font size settings and preference system
• Examine list and content text styling
• Review dark mode font handling
• Implement improved font size scaling
• Commit and push improvements

Issues Fixed:

1. Font sizes increased:

   • Extra Large: 20dp → 24dp (+20% increase)
   • Large: 18dp → 20dp (+11% increase)
   • Medium/Small: unchanged (good baseline)

2. Fixed missing font size applications:

   • ✅ Topic titles now scale properly (uncommented scaling code)
   • ✅ News/topic list items (titles, usernames, timestamps, tags, comments)
   • ✅ Search results, user profiles, daily hot topics
   • ✅ Messages, starred topics, special care items, node lists
   • ✅ Dialog text and node detail pages

3. Complete UI coverage: All major text elements now respect font size preference

Files Modified:

• dimens.xml - Increased font size values
• TopicHeaderItemDelegate.java - Enabled topic title scaling
• 9 Module files - Added font scaling to all list items
• MentionedReplySheetDialog.java - Dialog font scaling
• NodeTopicActivity.java - Node page font scaling

Changes Summary:

• 13 files changed, 205 insertions(+), 45 deletions(-)
• Comprehensive font size scaling implementation
• Maintains existing dark mode support
• Backward compatible with existing font size preference system

The app now properly scales all text elements when users select "extra large" font size, addressing the comparison with V2EX simple's better font handling.
