Maybe, better a phrase such as:

However, if you need to manage 10,000 or more clients, setting up a {productname} Hub infrastructure with Inter-Server Synchronization (ISS) is recommended. |
or something with "... SUSE recommends ...".

@ke - This phrase was carried over from the old file. I would not change it without explicit request by product management.
Description
It makes sense to simplify the documentation by unifying ISS and Hub Documentation.
This PR handles that modification.
