[ARM] Missing CS Connection for AEAT-6012 Encoders

The CS lines for the AEAT-6012 SPI buses are not connected on arm, however this encoder requires a falling CS edge to output data (it can't just be tied to ground even if there's only 1 slave on the bus). See page 4 of the datasheet.
