GNU testsuite comparison:

GNU test failed: tests/cp/thru-dangling. tests/cp/thru-dangling is passing on 'main'. Maybe you have to rebase?
Skip an intermittent issue tests/shuf/shuf-reservoir (fails in this run but passes in the 'main' branch)
