Could there be installation instructions?

There are none, you just run sedtris.sh. Or just make an alias and drop it in your shell rc file:

alias sedtris="sh /path/to/sedtris/sedtris.sh"

You just need bash and run :
chmod +x sedtris.sh
./sedtris.sh

If you want it permanently installed, move it to a location in your PATH variable such as /usr/bin.

EDIT: Might add that you want to move both sedtris.sh and sedtris.sed, but rename sedtris.sh to just sedtris. And don't put it in a subfolder of /usr/bin.

tested on Pop!OS. Open Terminal & type-

git clone https://github.com/uuner/sedtris.git
cd sedtris/

Then follow #2 (comment)

1. Install msys2 using the instructions on https://www.msys2.org/
2. a. ( Using git )Install git by pacman -S git
   Open Msys2 & type-

git clone https://github.com/uuner/sedtris.git
cd sedtris/

2. b. Click on green button >Download zip (https://github.com/uuner/sedtris). Extract it. And open Msys2.

cd sedtris-master/

Then follow #2 (comment)
