[BUG] Datasources view refresh time is causing that you can't add notes and groups sometimes

Describe the bug
In the datasources view the sources are refreshing to quick, that apparently causes a component update, so, when you try to add a note, for example, if the view refreshes, the add note component goes away, difficulting to add a note or a group of datasources.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Data Sources -> Sources' menu
2. Click on 'Add note' or 'Group Source' icons
3. Wait for a bit
4. The component goes away

Expected behavior
The component should remain visible until you're using it.
