🚀 Feature Request: Setup Past Team Page

Problem Overview 👁️‍🗨️

We should have a page that has the previous years CSSC team :)
We can continue to use the "meet the team" cards and have a year heading.

Once the page is created, it would be good if it could be added to the sidebar
