Fails to build for x86_64-linux w/ Vulkan backend.

The update-llama-cpp-2025-05-14 branch builds fine, but the update-llama-cpp-2025-05-15 branch fails, same for current main branch.

I'm looking into fixing it myself, but figured I'd create an issue here in case anyone else is too.

Turns out it's an issue in llama.cpp upstream.
I can reproduce the error like this:

nix build 'github:ggml-org/llama.cpp/b5596#vulkan'

Where does the Vulkan-shaders-gen binary actually get installed?

Seems like ggml-org/llama.cpp#14179 fixed the vulkan-shaders-gen issue.

But in the meantime, ggml-org/llama.cpp#14156 made a small change that breaks these bindings' build.rs.

Luckily, that's pretty simple to fix. I'll open a PR that bumps llama.cpp and fixes this
