Unable to search by AGA ID

Summary of the Bug

Searching by ID is currently broken in prod.

Steps to Reproduce the Behavior

1. Go to agagd.usgo.org
2. Click on search
3. Enter in AGA ID number
4. Returns a Internal Service Error

The Expected Behaviour

It should load the profile with that AGA ID

I am unable to recreate this on a local dev install, so I am unable to diagnose it further without seeing production logs.

@amj, I believe @gregsteltenpohl is already working on it, but I didn't see a report of this specific issue.
